Waiting List
Places at the Madrasah are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to varying class capacities and availability, we are unable to provide a specific timescale for enrolment.
The waiting list is reviewed every six months, and families will be contacted when a suitable place becomes available. Therefore, there is no need to contact the Madrasah regularly regarding your child's position on the waiting list.
Preference may be given to applicants who have completed a Direct Debit mandate as part of the registration process.
Application Form
When completing the application form, parents and guardians must provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their child.
Please ensure that you inform us of:
Any medical conditions
Allergies
Regular medication
Additional learning or support needs
Following enrolment, parents are responsible for notifying the Madrasah of any changes to:
Home address
Contact telephone numbers
Emergency contact details
Medical information
Maintaining accurate records helps us ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students.
Arrival & Punctuality
Students should arrive at the Madrasah 5–10 minutes before the start of their class to allow sufficient time to settle and prepare for learning.
Punctuality is an important Islamic value and demonstrates respect for knowledge, teachers, and fellow students. The Madrasah reserves the right to review a student's place if there is persistent lateness without valid reason.
Attendance
Regular attendance is essential for a student's progress and success.
Parents and students share responsibility for ensuring attendance at all scheduled classes. If a student is unable to attend due to illness or other circumstances, parents should notify the Madrasah as early as possible.
Consistent attendance allows students to benefit fully from their studies and maintain continuity in their learning.
Holidays & Closures
The Madrasah will observe holidays during the major Islamic occasions throughout the year.
Additional breaks may also be scheduled during the academic school holidays, allowing families to spend quality time together and travel if desired.
From time to time, the Madrasah may need to close due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions, training or other exceptional situations. In such cases, parents will be notified as soon as possible via email or other appropriate communication channels.
